About Videosonics
We specialise in sound for film and television, covering all aspects of the audio post production process from the simplest voice over to complete sound design and dubbing for motion pictures.
From our location in Camden Town, London, you can be assured of the highest standards of audio creativity and technical capability.
Opened in December 1984 Videosonics is one of the most advanced audio post companies in the UK. Over the past 24 years, the facility has grown to now include four surround sound mixing rooms (including three THX film dubbing theatres), nine all-digital editing rooms, a dedicated foley studio and nine editorial/production rooms.
Videosonics occupies two sites in central London:
- Delancey Street: The Videosonics Cinemasound facility, based in Camden, features three large THX film dubbing theatres, film prep rooms and a self-contained production block with picture editing rooms.
- Lisson Grove: Located just north of London's West End, this purpose-built Foley Studio has been designed in conjunction with both our foley recordists and several top foley artists, in order to provide an excellent working environment.
As well as state-of-the-art editing and mixing facilities, Videosonics also offers a full range of Production Office Facilities, ranging from a single desk to a fully self contained production block. Editing rooms for your picture editor can also be dry-hired
Rooms are available on a weekly basis at competitive rates, with telephone, fax and photocopying services logged and charged at service rates (or you can use your own fax and photocopier). For longer periods we can provide dedicated phone lines with your own operator station.
